Williams Supervisor ofR ecords November 10,2014 SPR14/643 Captain Patrick McAdam City of Everett - Police Department 45 Elm Street Everett MA, 02149 Dear Captain McAdam: I have received the petition of David Myers appealing the response of the City of Everett -Police Department (Department) to his request for records. G. L. c. 66 § 1 O(b ); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(2). Specifically, Mr. Myers requested copies of records concerning two identified Everett Police Officers. Having received no response, Mr. Myers appealed. In telephone conversation you confirmed to an attorney on my staff that a response had been sent to Mr. Myers. A copy of that response, dated September 22, 2014 was provided to this office, and stated that the Department has no responsive records.
