The underlying public records are public domain documents made available by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. The Service's search engine, AI analysis system, vector embeddings, UI, and original commentary are owned by Cielee LLC and protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and trade secret law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of these proprietary elements without our written permission.

6. User-Submitted Content

When you submit feedback or paste request text into /analyze, you grant Cielee a worldwide, royalty-free license to use that content solely to provide and improve the Service. You retain ownership of what you submit.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, with or without notice — including for violation of these Terms or excessive abusive use of system resources.

8. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Suffolk County, Massachusetts, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via a notice on the homepage for at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
