Randazo, Esq. Kopelman and Paige, P. C. 101 Arch Street Boston, MA 0211 0 Dear Attorney Randazo: I have received the petition of Judy Racow appealing the nonresponse of the Department of Correction (Department) to his request for public records. G. L. c. 66 § 1O (b ); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(2). Specifically, Ms. Racow requested copies of records regarding: the names of persons who have requested information about her through the Freedom oflnformation Act; the reasons for the request; and copies of all information released to said person. In a response dated April 28, 2015 Chief of Police Terrence Delahanty provided one records responsive to her request and in a response dated May 5, 2015 Chief Delehanty provided the remaining records responsive to this particular request for records. In a June 1, 2015 telephone conversation Ms. Racow confirmed to a member of my staff that records responsive to this particular request have been provided. Ms. Racow indicated she has made additional requests for records to the Town which were not included with this appeal. In the event that she is denied access, or in the event that there has not been compliance with any provision of 950 CMR 32.00, she may appeal to the Supervisor within 90 days. Such appeal shall be in writing, and shall include a copy of the letter by which the request was made and, if available, a copy of the letter by which the custodian responded. Whereas the records responsive to this particular request hav een provided, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. aw Supervisor ofRecords cc: Mr. Judy Racow OneAshburton Place, Room 1719, Boston, Massachusetts 02108 · (617) 727-2832.
