General Counsel Executive Office of Housing & Economic Development One Ashb urton Place, Room 21 01 Boston, MA 02108 Dear Attorney Frazier: I have received the petition of Erin Sullivan appealing the response of the Massachusetts Office of Tourism and Travel (MOTT) to her request for public records. G. L. c. 66 § 1O (b ); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(2). Specifically, Ms. Sullivan requested copies of records consisting of audited financial information for a specific organization. After receiving a denial of access Ms. Sullivan appealed. Subsequent to the intervention of an attorney on my staff it is my understanding that several hundred pages of records were provided to Ms. Sullivan at no cost.
