G. L. c. 66 § 10(b); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(2). Specifically, on July 1, 2015 Mr. Dreslinski requested a copy ofhis "rap sheet". In a request, dated January 16, 2015, Mr. Dreslinski requested a copy of his Department "rap sheet". The Department provided Mr. Dreslinski with fee estimates dated July 6, 2015 for his January 16 requests. I previously found the July 6 fee estimate to be in compliance with G. L. c. 66 §10(a). See SPR15/339 Determination ofthe Supervisor ofRecords (August 13, 2015). Given that the Department had previously responded to Mr. Dreslinski's request for his "rap sheet" and that I found the July 6 fee estimate to be in compliance with G.
