The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Shawn A. Williams Supervisor ofR ecords December 14,2015 SPRlS/834 Ms. Isabel N. Eonas, Esq. Plymouth County Sheriff's Department 24 Long Pond Road Plymouth, MA 02360 Dear Attorney Eonas: I have received the petition of Jason S. Bolio, Esq. appealing the response of the Plymouth County Sheriff's Department (Department) to his request for public records. G. L. c. 66 § 10(b); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(2). Specifically, Mr. Bolio, on behalfofhis client, requested copies of all records related to a Department police dog. In a September 28, 2015 response you provided responsive records. In his petition to this office Attorney Bolio objected to this response. Subsequent to the opening of this appeal you clarified the response of the Department. In a letter to Attorney Bolio dated November 9, 2015 you explained that you provided "all the documents in the possession and control of the" Department that are responsive to his request. Accordingly, whereas the Department has provided all respo sive records, I will consider this administrative appeal closed. Supervisor of Records cc: Mr. Jason S. Bolio, Esq.
