G. L. c. 66 § 10(b); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(2). Specifically, Dr. Mahmoud requested copies of records the Department maintains in which he is identified. In a response dated October 1, 2015 the Department denied his request in its entirety, claiming that the responsive records are exempt from disclosure citing to Exemption (f), the investigatory exemption to the Public Records Law. G. L. c 4 § 7(26)(f). In a December 29, 2015 telephone conversation you informed me that the Department mailed to Dr. Mahmoud copies of responsive records, via certified mail, dated December 29, 2015. Accordingly, I will consider this administrative a eal losed.
