(NEMLEC Foundation) to his request for public records. G. L. c. 66 § 10(b); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(2). Specifically, Mr. Quemere requested electronic copies of "annual budgets and end of the year financial statements from 2012 to the present." In your response, made on behalf ofthe NEMLEC Foundation, you directed Mr. Quemere to the Office of the Attorney General (AGO) Public Charities Division's website to retrieve responsive records. In this response you stated that the NEMLEC Foundation is not a government or public entity. In his appeal petition, Mr. Quemere indicates he could not locate all responsive records on the AGO website. Subsequent to the opening of this appeal you spoke by telephone with an attorney on my staff, who provided you with a copy ofthe file associated with this appeal. You then indicated you intend to provide a supplemental response to Mr. Quemere's request. Accordingly, I will consider this appeal closed with the proviso that the NEMLEC Foundation provides a supplemental response to Mr. Quemere that addresses the concerns t tare the subject of his appeal to this office.
