G. L. c. 66 § lO(b); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(2). Specifically, Mr. Skandha requested the job description for an Assistant Attorney General in Massachusetts. You responded to Mr. Skandha and stated that the AGO has nothing that is responsive to his request for such a generic record. In addition, you directed Mr. Skandha to an AGO website for examples of job descriptions for specific Assistant Attorney General positions. In response, Mr. Skandha explained to you that he does not have access to the Internet. Mr. Skandha then asked a question regarding the job responsibilities of a specifically identified Assistant Attorney General. In his petition to this office Mr. Skandha indicated his belief that information was "withheld" by the AGO. I find the AGO respo ed to Mr. Skandha's request and did not withhold any record.
