G. L. c. 66 § 1O (b ); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(2). Specifically, Mr. Dreslinski requested records regarding a 2006 incident in the Town of Clinton. In a December email from another Department attorney, a member of my staff was informed that you were assigned to respond to this request. In a recently closed appeal I provided information to the Department with respect to requests for records by Mr. Dreslinski. See SPR15/872 Determination of the Supervisor of Records (January 8, 2016). I will, therefore, consider this administrative appeal closed with the proviso that the Department review Mr. Dreslinski' s December 3 request, and respond in a manner consistent to that ordered in the above-referenced Dete · ination.
