Assistant Attorney General Office of the Attorney General General Counsel's Office One Ashburton Place, 20th Floor Boston, MA 02108 Dear Attorney Tarrow: I have received the petition of Craig Shibley appealing the nomesponse of the Deputy Division Chief, Non-Profit Organizations/Public Charities Division of the Office of Attorney General (AGO) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66 § 10(b); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(2). Specifically, Mr. Shibley requested copies of financial records related to three (3) specifically identified entities. Having received no response, Mr. Shibley petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of my staff, this office was notified that a response was provided, dated January 22, 2016. In that response you explained "the AGO has no records that are responsive to [Mr. Shibley's] request."
