G. L. c. 66 § 10(b); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(2). Specifically, Mr. Shibley requested copies of financial records related to three (3) specifically identified entities. Having received no response, Mr. Shibley petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of my staff, this office was notified that a response was provided, dated January 22, 2016. In that response you explained "the AGO has no records that are responsive to [Mr. Shibley's] request."
