In a February 19, 2016 telephone conversation, you informed an attorney on my staff that you have contacted the MBTA department that provided the information in order to obtain an answer for Mr. Echavarri, including a complete response to his request. On February 23,2016, you provided the responsive parking agreement and revenue information to Mr. Echavarri, and waived all applicable public records fees. You provided this office with a copy of your February response.
