Moschella, Sr., Esq. appealing the nonresponse ofthe Town ofRowley-Town Clerk (Town Clerk) to his January 13,2016 requests to the Town Administrator for public records. G. L. c. 66 § 10(b); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(2). Specifically, Attorney Moschella requested: 1. The notice of meeting posted by the Town of Rowley's Board of Registrars (Board of Registrars) prior to January 11, 2016 related to a joint meeting between the Town of Rowley Board of Selectmen and the Board of Registrars discussing an Essex Superior Court matter with a docket number 1667CV00001, and 2. All minutes and notices filed with the Town Clerk of open meetings conducted by the Board of Registrars starting November 14, 2015 and ending on January 10, 2016. Initially on January 15, Town Administrator Deborah Eagan informed Attorney Moschella that his January 13 requests were forwarded to the Town Clerk for a response. A review of the correspondence provided to this office reveals that on January 22, the Town Clerk provided Attorney Moschella with all the records responsive to his January 13 requests. I find that the records provided on January 22 are the same records that were the subject of a previous appeal from Attorney Moschella. See SPR16/119 (Determination of the Supervisor, March 11, 2016).
