G. L. c. 66 § 1O (b ); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(2). Specifically, Mr. Higgins requested the opportunity to review all minutes of the Board of Traffic for meetings held in 2014 and 2015 along with the dated posted agenda. In your initial response it was unclear whether records from 2014 were available. Mr. Higgins appealed. In a May 12, 2016 email you informed Mr. Higgins and this office that responsive records, including those from 2014, are available for review. Accordingly, I will consider this administrative appeal closed.
