Grassey appealing the response of the Town of Natick (Town) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66 § 1O (b ); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(2). Specifically, Lieutenant Grassey requested records regarding present rates of pay. You initially responded to Lieutenant Grassey in March of 2016 and a subsequent response on May 25, 2016. Lieutenant Grassey appealed both responses, believing the information provided to be not fully responsive. It is my understanding that, subsequent to the opening of this appeal the Town contacted Lieutenant Grassey in an effort to provide information responsive to his request. In an email dated May 25, 2016 Lieutenant Grassey informed the Town that the responses provided thus far do not satisfy his request. Whereas the Town has endeavored to provide responsive records I will consider this administrative appeal closed with the proviso that the Town review Lieutenant Grassey's request and confirm it has provided all records responsive.
