Williams Supervisor ofR ecords June 30, 2016 SPR16/428 Ms. Mary de Alderete Town of Lancaster Lancaster Town Hall 695 Main Street, Suite 2 Lancaster, MA 01523 Dear Ms. de Alderete: I have received the petition of Mr. Michael Dreslinski appealing the nomesponse of the Town of Lancaster (Town) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66 § 10(b); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(2). Specifically, Mr. Dreslinski requested "records related to emergency access on Neck Rd. when blocked by railroad traffic," as well as "all communications between the town and Pan Am Railways (2015-2016) and plans/protocols/instructions creating access." Having received no response, Mr. Dreslinski petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of my staff, this office was notified that a response was provided, dated June 28, 2016. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the Town's failure to provide a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Dreslinski may appeal the substantive nature of the Town's response within ninety (90) days.
