L. c. 66 § 1 O(b ); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(2). In a June 10, 2016 letter you provided information related to the "Security Threat Group Derailment Program." In his petition Mr. Moffat questions whether all records responsive to his requests have been provided by the Department. In a telephone message on July 13 I requested that you review each of Mr. Moffat's requests to determine whether all responsive records have been provided. Accordingly, I will consider this administrative appeal closed with the proviso that the Department reviews each of Mr. Moffat's requests and provides a written response to Mr. Moffat to confirm whether all records have been provided.
