Taub Senior Staff Attorney City of Boston - Police Department One Schroeder Plaza Boston, MA 02120-2014 Dear Attorney Taub: I have received the petition of Evan Anderson appealing the response of City of Boston Police Department (Department) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66 § 1 O(b ); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(2). Specifically, Mr. Anderson sought copies of Department correspondence. Mr. Anderson paid a fee associated with the request; Mr. Anderson appealed the Department's failure to provide responsive records. Subsequent to the intervention of this office the Department provided records responsive to Mr. Anderson's request, along with a partial refund of the fees he paid. Mr. Anderson may appeal the substantive nature of the Department's response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(2). Shawn A.
