G. L. c. 66 § 10(b); see also 950 C.M.LR. 32.08(2). Specifically, Mr. Hillman requested documents that would identify the Town’s current Alternate Building Inspector. In a July 19, 2016 response you indicated you would review and respond to Mr. Hillman by providing any records responsive to his request. To assist I will provide with your copy of this letter a copy of the file associated with this appeal.
