G. L. c. 66 § 10(b); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(2). Specifically, Mr. Saklad requested a copy of any contact between the City and any entity regarding closed captioning. Having received no response, Mr. Saklad petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of my staff, this office was notified that a response was provided. Further, in this response you explained the City "do[es] not have a contract for closed captioning. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the City's failure to provide a written response, and further whereas the City has indicated that no responsive record exists, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
