Wims, Ph.D. Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs Worcester State University 486 Chandler Street Worcester, MA 01602 Dear Ms. Wims: I have received the petition of James McKenna, Esq. appealing the nonresponse of Worcester State University (University) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66 § 1O (b ); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(2). Specifically, Attorney McKenna requested records regarding complaints relative to a specifically identified food service. Having received no response, Attorney McKenna petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of my staff, this office was notified that documents were provided to Attorney McKenna. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the University's failure to provide a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Attorney McKenna may appeal the substantive nature of the University's response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(2). Supervisor of Records cc: Mr. James McKenna, Esq.
