Spears Department of Children and Families 600 Washington Street Boston, MA 0221 0 Dear Commissioner Spears: I have received the petition of Tony DeMarco, Esq. appealing the nomesponse of the Department of Children and Families (Department) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66 § 1O (b ); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(2). Specifically, Attorney DeMarco requested a number of records pertaining to "a report of consultant Jackie Woodside hired by DCF in 2013 and possibly 2014 to assist the Lynn Area Office." Having received no response, Attorney DeMarco petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of my stafC this office was notified by Department General Counsel Andrew Rome that a response was provided, dated July 21, 2016. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the Department's failure to provide a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal dosed.
