Williams Supervisor ofR ecords August 5, 2016 SPR16/532 Mr. Michael Miozza City of Fall River One Government Center Fall River, MA 02722 Dear Mr. Miozza: I have received the petition ofC.J. Ferry appealing the response ofthe City of Fall River (City) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66 § 1O (b ); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(2). Specifically, Mr. Ferry requested copies ofrecords associated with the City's Charter Commission Mr. Ferry contends that while the City provided some records it did not provide all responsive records. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of my staff, this office was notified that a response will be provided. Accordingly, I will consider this administrative appeal closed with the proviso that City provide a detailed written response to Mr. Ferry, made in accordance with the Public Records Law, its Access Regulations, and this order. A copy of any such response must be provided to this office. It is preferable to send an electronic copy of this response to this office at pre@sec.state.ma.us.
