Howey appealing the nonresponse ofthe Natick Police Department (Department) to his request for public records. G. L. c. 66 § 10(b); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(2). Specifically, S. Howey requested copies of several records related to a particular address. Having received no response, S. Howey petitioned this office. In a July 27, 2016 telephone conversation with a member of my staff you explained that the Department had been attempting to contactS. Howey to clarify his request and that a response would be provided. In an email dated July 27, 2016 a copy ofthat response was provided to this office. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the Department's failure to provide a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. S.
