Adams Town of Abington Town Clerk 500 Gliniewicz Way Abington, MA 023 51 Dear Ms. Adams: I have received the petition of A. W. Learned III appealing the response of the Town of Abington (Town) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66 § 1 O(b ); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(2). Specifically, Mr. Learned requested several records related to a specified address. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of my staff, this office was notified that a response was provided, dated July 29, 2016. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the Town's failure to provide a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
