Armstrong Town of Holden Police Department 1370 Main Street Holden, MA 01520 Dear Chief Armstrong: I have received the petition of Mr. Michael Dreslinski appealing the nonresponse of the Holden Police Department (Department) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66 § 1 O(b ); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(2). Specifically, Mr. Dreslinski requested records related to a specific phone number. Having received no response, Mr. Dreslinski petitioned this office. Subsequent to the opening of this appeal this office was notified that this request was identical to a request submitted to the Department on May 23, 2016. You further notified this office that a response was provided to that request, dated June 6, 2016. I wish to thank Chief Armstrong for his cooperation in this matter. Whereas a response was previously provided with respect to Mr. Dreslinski's request, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
