G. L. c. 66 § 1 O(b ); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(2). Specifically, Mr. Dreslinski requested records related to a specific phone number. Having received no response, Mr. Dreslinski petitioned this office. Subsequent to the opening of this appeal this office was notified that this request was identical to a request submitted to the Department on May 23, 2016. You further notified this office that a response was provided to that request, dated June 6, 2016. I wish to thank Chief Armstrong for his cooperation in this matter.
