Williams Supervisor ofR ecords September 16, 2016 SPR16/670 Ms. Bridget Connelly Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs Department of Conservation and Recreation 251 Causeway Street, Suite 900 Boston, MA 02114 Dear Ms. Connelly: I have received the petition of Wilson Dobson appealing the response ofthe Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs - Department of Conservation and Recreation (Department) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66 § 10(b); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(2). Specifically, Mr. Dobson requested a number of records pertaining to "unauthorized trails in the Ware River watershed, created or received by Mr. Jonathan Yeo". You provided a response dated August 22, 2016. On August 23, Mr. Dobson petitioned this office stating he "believes that there are additional documents that have not yet been produced". I understand a member of my staff provided to you a copy of the file associated with this appeal. Whereas it is unclear whether other records exist, the Department is hereby ordered to review Mr. Dobson's request and provide a written response to Mr. Dobson, prepared in accordance with the Public Records Law, its Access Regulations and this order. The written response must state whether any other records exist in response to Mr. Dobson's request. Mr. Dobson may appeal the substantive nature of the Office's response within ninety (90) days.
