Ferry seeking further review of a response provided by the City of Fall River (City) as a result of a previous order from this office. See SPR16/552 Determination of the Supervisor of Records (August 5, 2016). Specifically, Mr. Ferry requested copies of an employment application, resume, employment contract and listing of all compensation for a specifically-named individual. It is my understanding that, subsequent to the opening of this appeal the City provided Mr. Ferry a revised response, including provision of previously redacted portions of responsive records. Accordingly, I will consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Ferry may appeal the substantive nature of the City's response within ninety (9 ) days.
