G. L. c. 66 § 10(b); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(2). Specifically, Mr. Rosado requested information pertaining to a former DAO Assistant District Attorney. In your August 8, 2016 response you denied this request and Mr. Rosado petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of my staff, this office was notified by you in a September 9, 2016 phone conversation that the DAO intends to provide a revised response to Mr. Rosado. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Rosado may appeal the substantive nature of the Office's response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(2).
