The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Shawn A. Williams Supervisor ofR ecords September 19,2016 SPR16/718 Mr. Peter Wilson, Esq. Executive Office for Administration and Finance Division of Asset Management and Maintenance One Ashburton Place, 15th Floor Boston, MA 02108 Dear Attorney Wilson: I have received the petition of Colman Herman appealing the response of the Division of Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66 § IO(b); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(2). In his original request for records, Mr. Herman had asked to be provided with a complete copy of the Memorandum of Understanding between DCAMM and DCR. On September 7, 2016, in an email, Mr. Herman informed this office that although you had provided responsive records, "Exhibit A and Exhibit C," are missing, therefore he petitioned this office. It is unclear whether all responsive records have been provided to Mr. Herman. Accordingly, I will consider this administrative appeal closed with the proviso that DCAMM review Mr. Herman's request provide a written response with respect to any remaining responsive records. Mr. Herman may appeal the substantive nature of the Office's response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(2). cc: Mr. Colman Herman OneAshburton Place, Room 1719, Boston, Massachusetts 02108 · (617) 727-2832 ·Fax (617) 727-5914 www.sec.state.ma. us/ pre
