Leduc Acting Town Administrator Town Accountant/A ssistant Town Administrator Town of Webster 350 Main Street Webster, MA 01570 Dear Ms. Leduc: I have received the petition of Kenneth Mandile appealing the nonresponse of the Town of Webster (Town) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66 § 1O (b ); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(2). Specifically, Mr. Mandile requested copies of the most recent three years of audited financial statements and management letters completed by the Town's audit firm.
