KP Law, P.C. 10 1 Arch Street Boston, MA 02110 Dear Attorney Monahan: This office has received a September 14, 2016 email from Robert Murchison acknowledging that the Town of Sherborn (Town) has provided him with the records responsive to his August 28, 2016 request to the health agent at the Town's Board of Health and to the Town directly on August 31, 2016 for public records. Mr. Murchison requested all emails from January 1, 2012-August 18,2016 by a specifically named individual on the Board ofHealth that were not concurrently copied to the Town's computer server. On September 13, 2016 and on behalf of the Town as its Legal Counsel, you provided Mr. Murchison with the responsive email records. In his September 14 email, Mr. Murchison informed this of ce that he no longer wishes to pursue this administrative appeal.
