Williams Supervisor ofR ecords September 16, 2016 SPR16/744 Ms. Sharon George Wilmington Town Clerk 121 Glen Road Wilmington, MA 01887 Dear Ms. George: I have received the petition of Mr. Michael Dreslinski appealing the nonresponse of the Wilmington Town Clerk (Town) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66 § 1O (b ); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(2). Specifically, Mr. Dreslinski requested a copy of a specified civil complaint served upon the Town in 2007. Having received no response, Mr. Dreslinski petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of my staff, this office was notified that a response was provided dated September 14, 2016. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the Town's failure to provide a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Dreslinski may appeal the substantive nature of the Town's response within ninety (90) days.
