Williams Supervisor ofR ecords September 20, 2016 SPR16/755 Michael Giampietro Town of Millis Building Department 900 Main Street, Room 129 Millis, MA 02054 Dear Mr. Giampietro: I have received the petition of George Sgourakes appealing the nonresponse of the Town of Millis -Building Department (Department) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66 § 1O (b ); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(2). Specifically, Mr. Sgourakes requested the Building Commissioner's interpretation of a "Front Yard" certified with signature. Having received no response, Mr. Sgourakes petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of my staff, this office was notified that responsive records will be provided. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the Department's failure to provide a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Sgourakes may appeal the substantive nature of the Department's response within ninety (90) days.
