Williams Supervisor ofR ecords September 20, 2016 SPR16/757 Mary Overholt Town of Webster Conservation Commission 350 Main Street Webster, MA 01570 Dear Ms. Overholt: I have received the petition of Cathleen Godzik appealing the nomesponse of the Webster Conservation Commission (Commission) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66 § lO(b); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(2). Specifically, Dr. Godzik requested the names of the current members of the Conservation Commission. Having received no response, Dr. Godzik petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of my staff, this office was notified that a response was provided, dated September 16. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the Commission's failure to provide a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Dr. Godzik may appeal the substantive nature of the Commission's response within ninety (90) days.
