Williams Supervisor ofR ecords September 20, 2016 SPR16/758 Mary Overholt Town of Webster Conservation Commission 350 Main Street Webster, MA 01570 Dear Ms. Overholt: I have received the petition of Cathleen Godzik appealing the nonresponse of the Webster Conservation Commission (Commission) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66 § lO(b); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(2). Specifically, Dr. Godzik requested a copy of the Conservation Commission's bylaws. Having received no response, Dr. Godzik petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of my staff, this office was notified that a response was provided, dated September 16. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the Commission's failure to provide a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Dr. Godzik may appeal the substantive nature of the Commission's response within ninety (90) days.
