Hartnett, Administrator Sherborn Board of Health Town Hall- 19 Washington Street Sherborn, MA 01770 Dear Ms. Hartnett: I have received the petition of Robert Murchison appealing the nomesponse of Sherborn Board of Health (Board) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66 § 10(b); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(2). Specifically, Mr. Murchison requested all statements and documentation provided to the Town of Sherborn- by a specifically identified individual detailing that person's employment and contractual obligations for professional services to other municipalities or private parties in 2016. Having received no response, Mr. Murchison petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of my staff, this office was notified that a response was provided, dated September 29, 2016. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the Board's failure to provide a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Murchison may appeal the substantive nature of the Board's response within ninety (90) days.
