Box 946, Industries Drive Norfolk, MA 02056 Dear Ms. Snow: I have received the petition of William Murray appealing the response of the Department of Correction - Department of Human Resources (DOC) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66 § lO(b); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(2). Specifically, Mr. Murray requested a copy of a notes, emails and correspondence from a March 2016 meeting held at MCI-Cedar Junction (MCI-CJ). By letter dated September 29, 2016 you provided responsive records, stating that no other responsive records exist. Whereas DOC has provided responsive records I will consider this administrative appeal closed.
