G. L. c. 66 § 10(b); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(2). Specifically, Mr. Mazurczyk requested a copy of all "electronically filed complaints." This request was subject of a prior appeal. See SPR16/645 Determination of the Supervisor of Records (August 31, 2016). In that determination I ordered the Town to review Mr. Mazurczyk' s request and provide a revised response. It remains unclear whether the Town has provided all responsive records. Accordingly, the Town is hereby ordered to review Mr. Mazurczyk's request and provide a revised written response, prepared in a manner consistent with this order, the Public Records Law and its Regulations. A copy of any such response must be provided to this office.
