G. L. c. 66 § 1O (b ); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(2). Specifically, Mr. Saklad requested copies of the written descriptions of the City of Boston precinct boundaries. An initial response was provided on September 12, 2016, but no further communication was provided and Mr. Saklad petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of my staff, this office was notified that a response was provided, dated October 3, 2016. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the Department's failure to provide a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Saklad may appeal the substantive nature of the Department's response within ninety (90) days.
