Williams Supervisor ofR ecords October 7, 2016 SPR16/822 Ms. Teresa Polhemus Executive Director/Secretary Boston Planning & Development Agency One City Hall Square Boston, MA 02201 Dear Ms. Polhemus: I have received the petition of Shirley Kressel appealing the nonresponse of the Boston Redevelopment Authority (Authority) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66 § 1O (b ); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(2). Specifically, Ms. Kressel requested records of payments made by the Authority to the City of Boston related to Hayward Place. Having received no response, Ms. Kressel petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of my staff, this office was notified that a response was provided, dated October 6, 2016. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the Authority's failure to provide a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Kressel may appeal the substantive nature of the Authority's response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(2). n A.
