Williams Supervisor ofR ecords October 13, 2016 SPR16/824 Ms. Lisa Leonard Town of Acushnet Board of Selectmen 122 Main Street Acushnet, MA 02743 Dear Ms. Leonard: I have received the petition of Caitlin Russell appealing the nomesponse of the Acushnet Board of Selectmen (Board) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66 § 1 O(b ); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(2). Specifically, Ms. Russell requested copies of all executive session minutes for the Board of Selectmen from 2010 through 2015. Initial responses were made on August 8 and August 24. Having received no further communication, Ms. Russell petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of my staff, this office was notified that a response was provided. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the Board's failure to provide a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Russell may appeal the substantive nature of the Board's response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(2).
