Morgan appealing the nonresponse of Town of Ashland (Town) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66 § 1O (b ); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(2). Specifically, Mr. Morgan requested information regarding the Town's Board of Selectmen and Water Commissioners. Having received no response, Mr. Morgan appealed. In reviewing Mr. Morgan's August 17 email to you it is unclear that this is a request for records.
