Morgan appealing the nomesponse of Town of Ashland- Town Clerk (Town) to an August 15, 2016 request for public records. G. L. c. 66 § 10(b); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(2). Specifically, Mr. Morgan requested the minutes recorded for the meeting of the "Ashland Affordable Trust" held on August 6, 2016. Having received no response Mr. Morgan appealed. I find the Town of Ashland-Town Clerk has failed to respond to a request for public records. Accordingly, the Town of Ashland-Town Clerk is hereby ordered to provide Mr. Morgan with a response to the request, prepared in a manner consistent with this order, the Public Records Law and its Regulations.
