Williams Supervisor of& cords October 18, 2016 SPR16/850 Ms. Ellen Donaghey Boston Public Library 700 Boylston Street Boston, MA 02116 Dear Ms. Donaghey: I have received the petition of Ms. Elissa C. Cadillic appealing the nomesponse of the Boston Public Library (Library) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66 § 1O (b ); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(2). Specifically, Ms. Cadillic requested "information relative to monetary amounts spent by the Boston Public Library for a specific time frame." Having received no response, Ms. Cadillic petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of my staff, this office was notified that a response will be provided to Ms. Cadillic. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the Library's failure to provide requested records, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed with the proviso that the response is sent as indicated by the Library. Ms. Cadillic may appeal the substantive nature of the Library's response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(2).
