Riordan, Esq. appealing the nonresponse of the Massachusetts Hospital School, now known as the Pappas Rehabilitation Hospital for Children (Hospital) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66 § 10(b); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(2). Specifically, Mr. Riordan requested information "regarding the identity of individuals permitted to enter and leave the security controlled campus of Massachusetts Hospital School during the afternoon hours of3/1/2016." Having received no response, Mr. Riordan petitioned this office. In an October 20, 2016 telephone conversation, you asked for, and were provided, with a copy of the file associated with this appeal. You indicated you would review the request and provide a written response to Mr. Riordan. Accordingly, I will consider this administrative appeal closed with the proviso that the Hospital provide Mr. Riordan a written response to his request, made in accordance with the Public Records Law, its Acce s Regulations and this order. cc: Mr. Peter J.
