G. L. c. 66 § 1O (b ); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(2). Specifically, Ms. O'Neill requested copies of records associated with a 911 call. The City provided records, redacting certain portions pursuant to the privacy exemption to the Public Records Law. G. L. c. 4, § 7 (26) (c). Ms. O'Neill appealed. In a telephone conversation with a member of my staff, you indicated you would provide a revised response to clarifY the City's position with respect to the responsive records. Accordingly, I will consider this administrative appeal closed with the proviso that the City provide Ms. O'Neill a revised response to her request, prepared in a manner consistent with this order, the Public Records Law and its Regulations. A copy of any such response must be provided to this office. It is preferable to send an electronic copy of this response to this office at pre@sec.state.ma. us.
