G. L. c. 66 § 10(b); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(2). Specifically, attorney Michael Walsh requested well over 30 categories of documents. Having received no response Attorney Walsh has appealed. In his petition Attorney notes his belief this failure to respond may be due to a miscommunication between various departments within the Town. Accordingly, I will consider this administrative appeal closed with the proviso that the Town review and respond to Attorney Walsh's request in a manner consistent with this order, the Public Records Law and its Regulations.
