Brady Town of Dighton Board of Selectmen 979 Somerset A venue Dighton, MA 02715 Dear Ms. Brady: I have received the petition of Caitlin Russell appealing the response of the Dighton Board of Selectmen (Board) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66 § 1O (b ); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(2). Specifically, Ms. Russell requested copies of the Board's executive session minutes for the years 2010 to 2015. You made initial responses acknowledging her request on July 21 and July 28, as well as providing some responsive records on August 16. Ms. Russell appealed under the assumption that there were more records responsive to her request that had not been provided. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of my staff, this office was notified that a revised response would be provided, and received a copy of said response on October 18, 2016. Accordingly, whereas the Town has indicated it will provide a revised response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Russell may appeal the substantive nature of the Board's response within ninety (90) days.
