G. L. c. 66 § 1O (b ); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(2). Specifically, Ms. Russell requested copies of the Board of Selectmen executive session minutes for the years 2010 to 2015. Having received no response, Ms. Russell petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of my staff, this office was notified by an October 17, 2016 email that you had never received Ms. Russell's original request. As a courtesy, you were provided with a copy of the file associated with this appeal. In an October 17, 2016 email, you informed Ms. Russell that all of the Executive Session Minutes she requested were available online.
